If your computer has a virus (such as the ones listed in the 'Virus Alerts' section) we can remove it and help prevent reinfection. Some viruses record personal information and try to scare you into paying for fake security products. If you cannot get to anti-virus vendors websites or Windows update, your computer may be infected.
Pricing
Our virus removal service starts at $35 for simple removals (those that can be completed remotely) $65 for more stubborn trojans and rootkits, $75 for viruses that have damaged Windows components, and $75-$100 for a complete reformat of badly infected systems (very rare).
